I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) who specializes in eating disorders, menstrual cycle health, and digestive health. About

Your partner on your health and recovery journey

Hi, I'm Linden, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Dietitian in Washington State. I completed a BS in Psychology at University of Washington, Seattle and an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bastyr University before completing my dietetic internship and becoming an RD. I have worked at the Center for Discovery (CFD) in Tacoma as a Registered Dietitian for their Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for 2.5 years before opening my own private practice. I have worked with patients across all eating disorder diagnoses (AN, BN, BED, ARFID, Atypical AN, and others) and helped to support individuals with a variety of health needs (Type 1 and 2 diabetes, IBS, POTS, transplant recipients, gastroparesis, post-bariatric surgery, and others). Some of my favorite work has focused on BED, atypical anorexia, IBS, ARFID, and the intersection of neurodivergence and eating difficulties. I have always had a passion for supporting people's health from a whole body and whole person perspective. That means viewing food and nutrition as so much more than just individual foods. We look at how food fits into the context of your life, including your culture, access, and abilities; we honor and work with how your brain and body interact with the world and food instead of fighting them. Many of my patients find themselves somewhere in the intersection of disordered eating/eating disorders, menstrual cycle health issues, and digestive issues. Together, we explore these concerns and areas to challenge and grow though curiosity, self-compassion, and humor. I enjoy working with both teens (13+) and adults, and can happily include family work (including chosen family) as part of my approach to help you feel supported and resourced in your recovery journey. I am currently only offering virtual, telehealth appointments that are out of pocket (can use your HSA/FSA) or are using your Out-of-Network insurance benefits. If you are planning to use your Out-of-Network benefits, I will provide you with a Superbill for all of the sessions you have paid for and you will submit this to your insurance to apply towards your Out-of-Network benefits. If you are planning to use this option, please let me know so I can give you any codes you need to confirm your Out-of-Network benefits will cover our work together in a way that works for you. It is up to each client to contact their insurance to see if this option is available and what they need to do to use this benefit. I am in the process of being paneled with several insurance companies, but cannot directly bill to your insurance at this time. ***I offer several sliding scale spots at a discounted price for individuals facing financial barriers to accessing appropriate care who wish to pay out of pocket.*** Please reach out to me to discuss this option further. I am often joined in sessions by one or both of my Corgi dogs, Barley and Pepper. When I am not seeing clients, you can find me messing around with my plants, reading, watching Battle Bots, doing a jigsaw puzzle, or painting my nails (I'm currently wearing Full Scream Ahead by Mooncat).
